Well how can you complain about the last month of fishing? We‘ve finally had some “Fall Run” fishing worth talking about along the Cape and Islands as well as Newport RI. HUGE amounts of bay anchovies are spread out along the coastline resulting in some awesome blitzes of Striped Bass and Bluefish with the occasional False Albacore or Bonito in the mix. I’m reading reports of good Striped Bass activity in the North Shore area so with water temps in the mid 60’s my thoughts are the fishing will continue to be good right up until the end of the month and beyond. Now is definitely the time to think about getting out on the water to experience some great surface feeds and potential opportunities at multiple fish species days. Feel free to contact me about booking some time and remember this time of year it can be an all day event so morning or afternoons are open. Open dates are below and I look forward to the next few weeks as I think things are about to bust wide open up and down the coast!
